A Mercer County man is once again facing charges after an alleged incident of violence.
Grove City Police filed charges against 44-year-old Joseph Padilla-Vargas of Grove City September 30th.
Those charges include Strangulation, Simple Assault, and Harassment.
This comes after Padilla-Vargas was charged in both 2021 and 2023 for incidents of sexual assault committed against an 8-year-old girl.
