The state human services secretary will be in Kittanning today to talk about proposed investments for those who have intellectual disabilities.
Dr. Val Arkoosh will visit Lifesteps to discuss the proposed $483 million investment, which she says will help support recruitment, retention, and increased wages for those who work with the autistic and other intellectually disabled individuals.
Arkoosh will be joined by Lifesteps CEO Karen Sue Owens at the press conference.
