The reshaping of the Pittsburgh Steelers roster during the early offseason continued Monday with the signing of three players. The team has agreed to a deal with former Buffalo Bills backup quarterback Kyle Allen, former Minnesota Vikings defensive tackle Dean Lowry and former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Quez Watkins. The 28-year old Allen has started 19 NFL games with the Carolina Panthers and Washington Commanders. The 29-year old Lowry spent one season in Minnesota after being a fourth-round pick by Green Bay in 2016. The 25-year old Watkins has 98 catches for more than 1,200 yards and six touchdowns in his career after being a sixth-round selection by the Eagles in 2020. The Steelers have now completely reshaped their roster of quarterbacks, moving on from all three last season to three new veteran players led by Russell Wilson.
