The Pittsburgh Steelers are bringing in former Atlanta Falcons head coach Arthur Smith as their new offensive coordinator. The team and Smith have agreed to a three-year contract. The Atlanta Falcons fired Smith following the season after three seasons in which the team went 7-10 in each of those seasons.
He replaces Matt Canada who the Steelers fired in November after just 2-1/2 seasons as their offensive coordinator. Prior to taking the Falcons job, Smith was the offensive coordinator with the Tennessee Titans.
