Former Butler School Board member Bill Halle will be back in court Tuesday afternoon.
After waving his rights for his formal arraignment and the drop of the PFA against Halle, he will have Summary Court.
Halle will appear in front of Judge William Shaffer on Tuesday at 1:30pm.
Halle has been charged with Sexual Assault by a volunteer or employee of nonprofit, corruption of minors, criminal use of communication facility, and criminal solicitation.
