The Butler Area School District will be taking action against invasive pests this week.
On Monday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. employees of TruGreen will be treating select areas at the Butler Senior High School and the Intermediate High School as well as the greenhouse area at Summit Elementary School.
Products to be used include fertilizer, Trupower 3 weed control, Turflon Ester Ultra, Finale XL, and SureGuard SC.
Areas that will be treated will be posted at each site.
