A Cabot man is facing charges for an alleged road rage incident.
It happened just after midnight back on September 18th on Stoney Hollow Road in Winfield Township.
State police say 49-year-old Paul Brosenitsch sped through a construction zone while workers were paving the road.
A short time later, Brosenitch returned and began to drive recklessly by spinning his tires and driving into the active work zone doing burnouts.
Brosenitch is being charged with reckless endangerment.
