A man from Foxburg is facing charges after he allegedly caused damage to property owned by an ex-girlfriend.
State police say the incident happened around 3:30 a.m. back on September 13th at a home on North River Avenue in Parker.
42-year-old Joseph Hopper is accused of showing up to his ex-girlfriend’s home that night. When he got the house, Hopper broke down the door.
He then got back into his car and purposely crashed into two parked cars that were in the driveway.
Police say Hopper was under the influence, and he is now facing numerous charges including DUI.
