A woman from Butler is being charged after her child was found wandering in the middle of a major roadway.
State police say this incident happened in June of this year on Route 356 in Summit Township.
A two-year-old child was found walking in the road without any clothes on.
When police got on scene, they found the mother of the child, 29-year-old Lisa Philbrook, failed to supervise the child. Police also say there were other signs of neglect.
Philbrook was taken into custody.
