PIAA High School Basketball Second Round:
–The Mars boys were eliminated by Erie Cathedral Prep 66-54 in the Class 5A Second Round.
–Union-Rimersburg fell 80-48 to Imani Christian in the Class 1A Second Round.
–The North Catholic-Valley View boys game in Class 4A was postponed until tonight at Central Mountain high school. Tip-off is 6pm.
The Knoch girls meet Blackhawk tonight in the Class 4A Second Round. Hear the game beginning at 5:15pm on WISR.
–Also tonight – the Mars girls meet Cathedral Prep at Sharon high school. Tip-off is 7:30pm.
–The North Catholic girls meet Harbor Creek in the Class 4A Second Round. Tip-off is 6pm at Westminster College.
–That game will be followed by the Franklin boys and Our Lady of Sacred Heart meeting in the Class 3A Second Round at 7:30pm.
–The North Allegheny girls defeated Mt. Lebanon 57-34 in the Class 6A Second Round.
–The New Castle and Central Catholic boys play 6A Second Round games tonight.
