A local organization is offering a delicious meal to benefit a great cause later this week.
The Zelienople Rotary Club’s Shine for ShelterBox Fundraiser Dinner is being held on Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. at the Stables at Connoquenessing on Evans City Road in Renfrew.
The evening will include gourmet dining and live jazz music as well as gift basket raffles and silent auction items. This event is dedicated to the memory of Tom and Marie Grant who organized the first local Shine for ShelterBox event in 2018 but both passed away nearly one year ago.
All proceeds will benefit international disaster relief organization ShelterBox that has helped over 2 million people since being founded in the year 2000. To register, visit the Shine for ShelterBox website.
