A local lawmaker will convene a public hearing Monday to analyze permitting revisions.
State Representative and Pennsylvania House Environmental Resources and Energy Committee Chairman Daryl Metcalfe will lead the hearing in Harrisburg beginning at 9:30 a.m.
This hearing will feature presentations about potentially negative economic impacts of changes made by the Department of Environmental Protection regarding biosolids management.
Monday’s hearing will be streamed live online through Metcalfe’s website.
