Five more people have died locally at Butler Memorial Hospital over the past several days as a result of serious COVID-19 symptoms.
The hospital reported one COVID-related death to the state on Thursday.
The hospital reported three COVID-related deaths to the state on Friday.
The hospital reported one more COVID-related death to the state on Saturday.
According to the Butler Health System, as of Monday morning 44 patients were hospitalized at Butler Memorial Hospital with 12 of those in the ICU. This is a decrease of nine hospitalized compared to last Thursday with an increase of one COVID patient in the ICU.
