The annual Butler County Chamber of Commerce celebration of business excellence dinner is planned for later this week.
After a one year hiatus, the event will take place at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Slippery Rock Golf Club and Event Center.
The Chamber will recognize local businesses and business leaders as well as highlight Chamber activities, programs, and volunteers.
Kenny Bonus of Bonus Accounting will receive this year’s William A. Morgan, Jr. Entrepreneur of the Year award. Bill Kennihan of Kennihan Plumbing and Heating will be recognized for winning last year’s award.
NexTier Bank will be recognized with the 2021 Chamber “Business Champion” award. The Springhill Suites by Marriott will be honored as last year’s recipient.
