One person was taken to the hospital after an accident with a tractor trailer yesterday afternoon.
The crash happened just before 1:30 p.m. on Evans City Road near the Butler Farm Show grounds. Police say 36-year-old Thomas Collins of Butler lost control of his vehicle and went into the westbound lane and collided with the driver’s side of a tractor trailer.
Collins was taken to the hospital for minor injuries. 57-year-old Douglas Pilarski was the driver of the truck and was not injured.
