A man is in the Butler County Prison after police say he intentionally set fire to a vehicle.
It happened last Friday morning on County Line Road in Marion Township when a passerby discovered that a vehicle was on fire. Crews responded and extinguished the flames, but following an investigation it was found that the fire had been set intentionally.
The state police fire marshal unit then arrested 35-year-old Keith Allen and charged him a felony and arson.
Police also determined the truck to belong to a 51-year-old Harrisville woman.
No injuries were reported.
