A stretch of Route 308 is shut down this morning following a tractor trailer accident in Center Township.
It crash happened around 9:15 a.m. in the southbound lane just south of the intersection with Jamisonville Road.
Dispatchers say a tanker truck hauling brine went off the road and into an embankment, where it overturned on its side. The crash caused the tank to start leaking onto the road. By 9:45 a.m. the spill had been contained.
No injuries were reported in the crash, but a portion of Route 308 is closed over Stoney Run.
