A winter storm warning is in effect for Butler County for the next two days.
The system is expected to come in two rounds—the first happening this morning, in which the National Weather Service says daytime snow totals could range in between 1 to 3 inches.
And then another round of wintry weather is expected later tonight, that meteorologists say could be more complex.
Snow could mix with freezing rain and sleet.
Overall, the latest projections have Butler County ranging between 4 to 6 inches.
