Butler County Emergency Services says that they are still experiencing a phone outage which means you can’t call 9-1-1.
Officials say to call 724-287-7769 if you have an emergency. There are also personnel staffed at police and fire stations if you have to report an emergency in person.
Also emergency officials say that Century Link customers in Slippery Rock, Harrisville, and Bruin are not able to make calls from their landline.
It’s unclear when the situation will be resolved.
