The public is welcome to register for a free and interactive event scheduled for later this month that will focus on college planning.
On Wednesday, January 13th, the Armco Credit Union will host a free virtual college planning workshop. Topics that will be covered include choosing a college as well as financing options and applying for the FAFSA. Families of high school juniors and seniors are encouraged to attend.

The Armco Credit Union is also accepting scholarship applications. Officials say that the credit union will awarded $20,000 in scholarships to students planning on entering an accredited trade school or college this upcoming fall. More information can be found on the credit union’s website.
