It appears there could be some hope for a Major League Baseball season after MLB gave another offer to the Players Union – and commissioner Rob Manfred and Union Executive Director Tony Clark met face-to-face to discuss the framework for a pandemic-delayed season. The latest proposal is for a 60-game season over a 10-week period which would begin July 19th and would include 16 postseason teams.
