Instead of giving out turkeys this year, the local Salvation Army is hosting a Thanksgiving luncheon Wednesday.
The meal will be offered from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Salvation Army headquarters gym in Butler located in the 300 block of West Cunningham Street.
No reservations are needed and any member of the public who would like a delicious Thanksgiving meal is invited to attend.
