Some local residents are experiencing a power outage.
Nearly 1,700 people lost power Thursday afternoon with most of those in Center Township, as well as some in Concord and Clay townships.
According to West Penn Power, the original estimated time of power restoration is 5 p.m. Thursday.
The cause of the outage is unknown at this time.
