Pennsylvania’s top law enforcement official is joining other colleagues in an attempt to challenge a telecommunications merger.
Attorney General Josh Shapiro is one of 18 across the country to file a lawsuit to block the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint.
These companies are the third and fourth largest mobile wireless networks in the country behind Verizon and AT&T.
Shapiro and others worry that a merger will mean less competition, higher prices, and lower quality coverage for all mobile phone users.
