A man from Emlenton, PA is facing charges following a road rage incident.
According to State Police, this incident started as road rage as the victim and suspect were traveling north on I-79. 60-year-old Timothy Saar is accused of waving a gun at 59-year-old Richard Shivley of Sewickley, PA. Police were able to track down Saar, who is not allowed to legally possess a gun because he is a felon.
Saar was charged with illegally possessing a gun, carrying a firearm without a permit and terroristic threats.
