A portion of Route 8 South has been closed due to a major accident this morning.
The three vehicle accident happened at Route 8 South and Airport Road.
The Butler County 911 Center is reporting that two vehicles have people trapped inside. The accident happened around 7:30 this morning.
Multiple crews are on the scene and three medical helicopters have been called.
