PennDOT is giving drivers a heads-up that a Butler County road will soon be closed for a month as crews repair damage done during a landslide.
A portion of Dick Road will close on Monday, Sept. 9 and remain closed until Oct. 11 to allow repairs to an embankment.
The closure will affect Dick Road between Shannon Road in Connoquenessing Township to Country Lane Road in Franklin Township.
A detour will be in place taking drivers from Shannon Road- to Prospect Road- to Country Lane Road- back onto Dick Road.
