A motorcyclist suffered a head injury following a crash that occurred earlier this weekend in nearby Mercer County.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, a 30-year-old Ohio man was traveling on West Market Street in Lackawannock Township just after 6am on Saturday (August 17th) when he allegedly lost control of his motorcycle and laid it down.
Authorities say that the motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet and suffered an unspecified head injury. He was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
Police suspect that the motorcyclist was under the influence of alcohol and plan to file charges.
