A local township is holding a gathering this weekend.
The eleventh annual Penn Township Community Day is being held on Saturday, Aug. 17 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Nixon United Methodist Church on Airport Road.
This free event will feature many tents with displays from various local vendors and organizations.
Penn Township Community Day is open to the public and will have lots of music, raffles, games and other activities.
