Butler Memorial Hospital has received recognition for their ongoing commitment to the best care possible for patients dealing with heart attack symptoms.
The American College of Cardiology has presented the hospital with the NCDR Chest Pain – MI Registry Platinum Performance Achievement Award for 2019. Only 225 hospitals nationwide received this honor.
This award recognizes Butler Memorial Hospital’s commitment and success in implementing a higher standard of care for heart attack patients. The hospital also demonstrated sustained achievement for eight consecutive quarters at the highest level of performance level standards.
Participation in the Chest Pain – MI Registry encourages health care providers to use the most current guidelines and most accurate data to drive improvements for treatment of patients with coronary artery disease, specifically those at high risk of heart attack.
