At least one person has been injured as a result of an accident Tuesday afternoon in Summit Township.
The call came into the Butler County 911 Center just after 3 p.m. for an accident on Route 422 eastbound.
Crews from Lick Hill and Butler Ambulance were among those arriving on the scene to find a tractor trailer overturned. The driver was initially reported to be entrapped but he was able to make it out of the vehicle.
No fluids were reported to be leaking from the truck but the entire eastbound road was blocked and needed to be shut down until the scene could be cleared.
