A local man is facing drug charges following an incident that occurred in January in the city of Butler.
According to a criminal complaint filed by the Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force, 40-year-old Daniel Martin of Butler has been charged with felony delivery of a controlled substance, possession with intent to deliver, and criminal conspiracy to commit delivery.
On January 29th, Martin is accused of delivering two baggies containing Methamphetamine to a confidential informant in the presence of an undercover officer on Fifth Avenue in Butler.
The Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on a residence on Fourth Avenue later that day and recovered the money that had been used to pay for the drugs. Martin was charged last week.
