The body of a Clarion County woman was found Sunday near the Oneida Valley dam in Oakland Township.
Kayla Dunlap, 28, was discovered deceased by a woman walking her dog, according to Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Ron Kesten.
State police haven’t released many details citing an ongoing investigation but did comment that the death was being considered suspicious and foul play was likely involved.
“At this point, it appears that there was most likely foul play involved,” Trooper Kesten said late Monday morning. “Officers are continuing through a complete investigation.”
It’s unclear how long Dunlap had been deceased before she was discovered.
