The newest Veterans Affairs facility in Butler County will open in less than two months.
Construction on the VA Health Care Center on North Duffy Road in Center Township is nearly complete. It is set to open to veterans on Sept. 5.
Officilals say the facility’s main goal is to enhance and improve outpatient care for veterans and their families. The existing VA facility- which is less than two miles away- in Butler Township will remain open.
