High School Basketball begins a full schedule tournaments this weekend.
–The Knoch Knights will face the host team in the Armstrong Tournament tonight at 7:30pm. Hear the game at 7:15pm on WISR 680am.
The first of the state football championships were played in Hershey last night.
–Erie Cathedral Prep defeated Imhotep Charter 38-7 to win the 4A PIAA championship.
–Farrell won the 1A title with a 55-20 victory over Lackawanna Trail.
Tonight: Penn Hills will meet Manheim Central in the 5A championship game at 7pm. Wilmington and Southern Columbia play in the 2A title game at 1pm. Middletown and Aliquippa play for the 3A championship Saturday at noon.
