Three people were arrested following a drug bust over the weekend in Butler Township.
The Butler County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force and Butler Township police officers executed a search warrant Friday night, about 9 p.m., at an apartment in Old Plank Estates.
There, they allegedly found approximately $3,000 worth of suspected drugs, packaging paraphernalia and a semi-automatic hand gun.
Mandi Gipson, 32, of Butler was on the apartment’s lease. She was there and arrested at the time of the raid. Two men from Philadelphia were arrested as well: Vakie Knight and Quendell Owens.
The raid was the result of an investigation into drug sales at that location.
