Slippery Rock University quarterback Roland Rivers has been named the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference Western Division Offensive Player of the Week. Rivers threw five touchdown passes in lead the Rock to a 49-26 victory over Seton Hill last weekend. He also ran for another score in just three quarters of action. The Rock will host Mercyhurst this Saturday night at Mihalik-Thompson Stadium.
