The Pittsburgh Steelers have a deadline of 4pm today to place the franchise tag on running back Le’Veon Bell for the second year in a row. If Bell would sign the tag, the Steelers would have to pay him $14.5 million for the upcoming season. The two sides are trying to work out a long-term deal for the All-Pro running back.
