Two local men have been charged following an incident of alleged assault.
According to Butler Township Police, officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Bessemer Avenue last Thursday (7/18) around 7 p.m. for a reported disturbance.
An investigation revealed 27-year-old Nathan Cornetti of Butler and 18-year-old Dylan Deal of Lyndora entered the residence leading to an argument.
During that argument, Deal is accused of striking a 21-year-old male and Cornetti allegedly pointed a pistol at people in the room.
Both men have been charged with simple assault. Conrnetti was also charged with reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct, and Deal was charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor and harassment.
